I am often asked what it means to be an interfaith minister. I hold a Master of Divinity degree, and my studies were focused on the major world religions along with a wide range of spiritual and philosophical perspectives. An interfaith minister honors and embraces the wisdom of all faith traditions and spiritual perspectives to best serve the personal and collective needs of a growing “spiritual, but not religious” population.
I am committed to bringing people together in loving ways, and acting as a bridge when needed. I am passionate about helping others celebrate life, explore spirituality, and experience deeper meaning on their journeys.
I engage empathically and compassionately with each of my clients, building upon the unique co-creative process that arises from within the encounter itself. Non-judgmental sacred spiritual presence creates a safe space for my clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experience
In addition to being an ordained interfaith minister and certified life coach, I am a Reiki Master and certified meditation and mindfulness teacher. I am also the mother of two amazing adult children.
I bring my unique and varied life experience to the table as well. I have been a stay-at-home mom, the owner of a successful creative business, and most recently I held an executive management position in a multimillion-dollar company. I have effectively used my coaching skills in every single one of these positions, even in my role as a mother.
All of these experiences have taught me valuable life lessons and prepared me in so many wonderful ways for answering my soul’s calling to help others live a life true to their soul. I use all of these modalities as well as the many things I’ve learned throughout my journey in my approach to working with others.
Broadening my horizons through learning is a top priority for me. Besides working on my doctoral dissertation, I’m currently enrolled in the University of Vermont’s (Larner College of Medicine) End-of-Life Doula certification program. This was one of those soul callings I could not ignore. While it might seem like the antithesis of life coaching, empowering someone to have a “good death,” is equally important. We may not have control over how or when we die, but we do have control over the way we face it. (coming soon: Sacred Journey End-of-Life Doula Services LLC)
I serve the greater Monadnock Region of New Hampshire, with my home base in Jaffrey. However, I am able to connect with others anywhere, thanks to the amazing convenience of virtual meetings. I support all people informed by any and all religions, faiths, and belief systems. Together, we engage with life through love and curiosity, rather than from fear or judgment.
I look forward to the opportunity to work with you!
