When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be.

Spiritual awakenings are not always blissful, especially at first.

Spiritual Awakening Support & Mentoring

The process is called many things: spiritual awakening, ascension, kundalini awakening, and spiritual unfolding, just to name a few. A spiritual awakening is the dissolving of the illusion that you are separate from oneness. Regardless of how it occurs, whether it’s gradual or like a sudden bolt of lightning, the symptoms of a spiritual awakening are not always blissful. They can be intense, confusing, and sometimes even debilitating. The experience can be much more harrowing when you’re in a state of resistance to the changes. However, with the right guidance and support, the awakening process can develop and blossom into presence, depth, authenticity, bliss, and wisdom.

My awakening journey began in 2011, and I know firsthand how difficult and trying this process can be. It can be even more difficult when you don’t have the proper support or resources. I use the word “journey,” because the process of awakening is like a spiral. It never really ends, although it does get much easier over time. That might be hard to believe if you’re currently going through a “dark night of the soul,” but I am here to say that there truly is a beautiful light at the end of the tunnel.

We will focus on your unique experience and work together so that you may develop a better understanding of how to nurture your spiritual unfolding. If you are a member of a church, spiritual organization, meditation group, or someone who is “spiritual but not religious,” I can offer another perspective on your spiritual path. Even if you don’t consider yourself a spiritual person, I can still provide practical grounded support as you go through this process.

Sessions are 45 minutes in length and held over Zoom. I provide this spiritual service on a donation basis – pay what you can
