Transformational Spiritual Life Coaching

Suppose you have found yourself wondering about your life’s purpose, how to overcome obstacles, facing significant transitions, or how to live a life authentic to you. In that case, spiritual life coaching is the perfect place to start.

Each session is uniquely tailored to you. Our primary focus will be on creating space for self-awareness, as awareness is key in a journey of self-discovery. The power to transform your life comes from within you. During our time together, you will become present with who you truly are so that you can connect with who you can potentially become.

You will also learn to listen to your intuition and embrace your spirituality, which will bring you a sense of self-empowerment and confidence. This is called “soul esteem.” Through these developments, you can reach new heights and achieve success on your chosen path.

As your coach and mentor, I will be your biggest supporter and cheerleader. I will believe in you even when you doubt yourself. I will encourage you to step outside of your comfort zone. I will be here for you every step of the way!

Sessions are one hour in length and held over Zoom. They can be purchased individually or in packages of four or more (with a multi-visit discount). If you buy a package of sessions, I will also be available through text or email in between sessions. For maximum benefit, I suggest you begin with weekly or bi-weekly sessions. However, monthly sessions work perfectly for those clients who are well underway in their process but would still like to receive supportive coaching.
