Even if you don’t know much about astrology, I’m sure you’ve heard of the “dreaded” Mercury Retrograde at some point or another. Mercury Retrograde is a time when the planet Mercury appears to be moving backward in its orbit from our perspective here on Earth. This happens three or four times every year. For many people, this period can be confusing and frustrating. However, with a little preparation, you can make the most of Mercury Retrograde and minimize the negative effects it may have on your life.
What is Mercury Retrograde?
First, it is important to understand what Mercury Retrograde is and how it may affect you. Mercury is the planet that rules communication, travel, and commerce. During a Mercury Retrograde period, these areas of life may be more challenging than usual. You may experience delays in travel plans, miscommunications, or problems with technology. It is also important to take care of yourself during this period. This is not a time to start new projects or make major decisions. Instead, focus on taking care of your mind and body. Get plenty of rest, eat healthy foods, and take some time for yourself. By taking care of yourself, you will be better equipped to handle any challenges that come your way during this time.
